Our Junior Jitz program is the perfect introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for kids aged 8-12. In a fun and structured environment, students learn fundamental BJJ techniques, including positions, escapes, and submissions. Classes focus on building strength, coordination, and problem-solving skills through engaging drills and games. Whether your child is a beginner or has some experience, this program helps them develop a strong foundation in Jiu-Jitsu.

Beyond the physical skills, Junior Jitz emphasizes important values like respect, perseverance, and teamwork. Kids gain confidence as they improve their fitness and focus while working with partners and coaches. This class is a great way to help your child stay active, build discipline, and prepare for more advanced training as they grow!

There is a £40 registration fee to be paid in person once enrolled, which includes uniform (gi top, gi bottoms and belt)
